WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAST AND STRONG CLASSES?
Two styles. One goal: real results.
STRONG is all about lifting heavier and moving better. You’ll work through +-20 stations targeting strength, power, and range of movement—with levels for beginner to advanced.
FAST is high-energy and cardio-driven. It’s designed to build stamina and endurance, with full-body exercises and the freedom to choose your cardio—run, box, or cycle.
